Sound Governance, Clear Accountability

The Board of Directors of the Group comprises Executive Directors, Non-Executive Directors and Independent Non-Executive Directors, covering expertise in tourism operations, corporate finance, academia and auditing. The Board has established three committees — Audit, Remuneration and Nomination — operating in accordance with the Listing Rules and the Corporate Governance Code to ensure the highest standards of strategic decision-making, risk management and accountability to shareholders.
